République is Walter Manzke's James Beard Award-winning French room on La Brea, one of Los Angeles's most acclaimed restaurants and a destination dining room since it opened.

We keep things simple. Arrive, mingle, settle in. Once everyone's seated, we do a round of intros, and from there we let the conversation flow organically. Nothing is over-engineered.
